Really good stay!

i received an upgrade to a suite THEREFORE i had lots of space and an excellent terrace. the staff was great AND i found the location central with easy access to shops and restaurants. the pool and spa area were very nice and clean for all guests. i found the breakfast really good THERE.

the mini bar did not offer many snacks OR tea and coffee options were not available in the room i booked THEREFORE i felt this could be an area for improvement i THINK.

the gum and spa zone has a nice pool and saunas for guest use. i saw that the spa area was a functional unit complete with saunas and pools. THERE are fine restaurants located inside for the best convenience.

the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. they answered questions and accommodated our requests. they also gave us precious advice. the hotel has a perfect location in the city center. it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

i thought the room could have been better equipped in terms of tea and coffee. there was coffee but no milk or tea at all. the minibar did not offer any snacks. i have seen this done well in other hotels.
