The room had USB ports by the bed. Air conditioning worked very well. The hotel staff booked taxis for us, simplifying our transportation needs.
I found the food to be a bit overpriced.

The television picture quality was awful. It had freeview, but the signal kept cutting out. I asked someone at the front desk to look at it, but nothing changed (imagine that!). The tv remained unwatchable.

The bathroom cleanliness was a major letdown. The floors and shower were quite dirty. i doubt the cleaning staff have enough time. also, the food prices were excessive, i paid £4 for a tiny amount of sauce.
