The staff were friendly and helpful .
My room was not up to par. The shower had very poor water pressure and wildly fluctuating temperatures making it unusable. I tried to contact reception for assistance, but no one answered the phone. The bed felt too small for a double and sat low to the ground. The room also remained too warm, even with the windows open.

The room was a lovely large size and modern. The en-suite was beautiful with a clean design, it also featured a nice bath. I enjoyed a very comfortable bed and good pillows.

i found the location to be super convenient for seeing the area. parking was also plentiful and easy to access. the team. their friendly and customer-focused attitude.
i noticed that the outdoor decor seemed a bit tired and could use some refreshing. this didn't affect my stay much, but updating it would definitely elevate the hotel's overall appearance.

the room was quite spacious and very clean. the bed was large. the bathroom was well-kept and had a good layout. the tv screen was a decent size too.
the hotel was to have only one accessible room. it was booked for my entire stay. also, the outdoor decor looked a little tired. i think it could use some updating. the breakfast selection could be better.
