the room was large for the size.
I was disappointed with some aspects. the room lacked curtains, only blinds that didn't block light were present. cleanliness could be improved. Ledges were dusty and the bath, shower, and taps needed a good cleaning.

The room was spacious and clean. a fan was provided, helpful because of the warm weather, i also appreciated the tea and biscuits. the breakfast was tasty and set me up well for the day. I also had fish and chips one evening, it was delicious.
I found the towels in the room to be quite small and thin. They seemed a little old. a full sized towel would be preferable, i ended up purchasing one. also, the kettle was difficult to fill in the sink.

I found the staff very friendly and cute when they showed me to my room. the dining room and bar were both warm and inviting. the food was freshly cooked and of excellent quality. There was plenty of it. i was happy with my stay.
i found the room to be quite dusty, especially on the ledges and around the bath. also, the shower and under the taps really needs a good clean with bleach.
