The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions. My room had a sea view, and it was clean. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options.
The windows seemed thin. Noise from the car park was noticeable. The room felt quite small, there was not much space. I noticed some cracked tiles in the bathroom. I found this disappointing.

A few minor issues

sea frontfurnishing stylerestaurant numberthin windowcar parklack of staff
The location is near the sea. Traditional furnishings were present. I found the location great for exploring the Sunderland coast. Many restaurants are also nearby.
The windows seemed thin. People were using the car park for drinking. This meant I got zero sleep. No staff were present on site.

The room allocated to me was hardly satisfactory. The bathroom was quite unclean. cracked tiles and considerable black mold marred the shower hose. it raised concerns about the overall hygiene practices observed. the poor condition of the hallways also needs immediate maintenance. it hardly reflects the standards one expects
