I received an upgrade to a larger room, great the bed was comfortable, though a bit high. A step was thoughtfully provided. the staff were attentive, i appreciated their willingness to help. the view from the room was fine.
the initial welcome was delayed, i stood for three minutes before receiving assistance.

Idyllic Stay, Excellent Views and Service!

I stayed in a refurbished room. It was named Muker. The views from the room were quite amazing and I loved that the bed was the most comfortable. I have ever slept in. The room decor was boutique style and the lighting was very good too! I was also happy about the included breakfast. It was tasty and good quality.
I was very disappointed. that there wasn't a biscuit provided with my tea in the lounge.

The location is excellent. I found it very handy to reach the village. Interior decorations are distinctive and make the space stand out from similar hotels. Staff were unfailingly helpful, and. I also appreciated the lounge facilities. It was nice.
I noticed slight peeling on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise, EVERYTHING was really good.
