pleasant staff helpful staff delicious fish unchanged menu missing candle extra dessert

I had a great meal there recently the food tasted great The staff were pleasant and helpful to everyone I hope to visit again soon The building looks amazing I enjoyed the fish and chips.

The menu has not changed in quite a while I was disappointed I did mention it was a special birthday The birthday girl didn't get a candle or extra dessert I expected a little more.

I liked the room. It had original features. I appreciated the bottled water and toiletries provided in the room. The bed provided great comfort, ensuring a restful night. I was also very satisfied with the convenient bus service to Bath, nice for easy city exploration.

I found the room quite dark. Getting ready in the morning was a little difficult.

The premises were beautiful and the staff was great.

The room decor looked quite tired the sofa needed replacement. Photos online were much nicer than reality I felt disappointed with the stay.

I found the staff very friendly. They were also efficient. my room included a selection of teas and a coffee machine. cleanliness was apparent throughout my entire stay. breakfast had a good selection, and a vegan option was available.

the room i was in felt a little dark, making makeup application slightly challenging.

quiet sedgemoor room comfortable bed hot food

the sedgemoor room was quiet. the bed was very comfortable (i slept like a log!). lunch and dinner had hot, plentiful, delicious food.

the pillows were somewhat lumpy.

cosy feel friendly staff

i stayed in the monmouth room. it had a cosy feel. the room was clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful .

the limited non-alcoholic drink choices were disappointing. i found i only had one option for beer alternatives.

the hotel provides convenient access to bath via the d2 bus line. the bus stop is nearby , so both of you can enjoy a drink without needing a designated driver. it allows easy exploration of the area.
