I had a great meal there recently the food tasted great The staff were pleasant and helpful to everyone I hope to visit again soon The building looks amazing I enjoyed the fish and chips.
The menu has not changed in quite a while I was disappointed I did mention it was a special birthday The birthday girl didn't get a candle or extra dessert I expected a little more.

I liked the room. It had original features. I appreciated the bottled water and toiletries provided in the room. The bed provided great comfort, ensuring a restful night. I was also very satisfied with the convenient bus service to Bath, nice for easy city exploration.

The premises were beautiful and the staff was great.
The room decor looked quite tired the sofa needed replacement. Photos online were much nicer than reality I felt disappointed with the stay.

i stayed in the monmouth room. it had a cosy feel. the room was clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful .
the limited non-alcoholic drink choices were disappointing. i found i only had one option for beer alternatives.
