the staff was fantastic. they welcomed us. the room was super clean with a fantastic bathroom and amazing facilities. breakfast was fine. we even had an evening meal that was superb!
The tv in the room didn't work. I reported it but nobody fixed it.

The room was super clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. Dinner in the restaurant was great with big portions. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that.
The street light outside shone into the room, and the light Venetian blind made it hard to sleep.

The room, a superior double room, was spacious and immaculate. A big comfy bed was a highlight. The bathroom was beautiful. I had dinner in the restaurant on arrival. The food was amazing and the portions were big.

the spacious room had excellent ensuite facilities, including a stand-alone bath. additional amenities included a coffee machine and coffee pods. the comfy bed came with plenty of bedding, and the room was super clean. the bathroom had a separate shower too.

The duty manager i spoke with had a defensive attitude when i reported issues. i experienced problems with NO heating or hot water for over 24 hours. it was argumentative. it was ANNOYING.
