i found the team very helpful. i enjoyed the nice village atmosphere. the room was clean and bigger than expected. breakfast was delicious with a full scottish option.
the windows were a little difficult to open.

The room, a superior double room, was spacious and immaculate. A big comfy bed was a highlight. The bathroom was beautiful. I had dinner in the restaurant on arrival. The food was amazing and the portions were big.
everything was wonderful, except the menu felt a bit limited.

the spacious room had excellent ensuite facilities, including a stand-alone bath. additional amenities included a coffee machine and coffee pods. the comfy bed came with plenty of bedding, and the room was super clean. the bathroom had a separate shower too.

The duty manager i spoke with had a defensive attitude when i reported issues. i experienced problems with NO heating or hot water for over 24 hours. it was argumentative. it was ANNOYING.
