Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

unpleasant smelllong walk

The room had an unpleasant smell that seemed stale and not fresh. This was a major disappointment, impacting my overall experience. The hotel's distance from the city center also meant a 20-minute walk to reach main attractions.

The location was perfect. It was a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the tourist sites. the staff downstairs was very helpful with suggestions for food. i enjoyed that the hotel is located on a quiet, safe street. the views from the room were very nice!

i got no help up the two flights of stairs with our luggage. on checkout, again no help was available taking our bags to the car. The route was blocked by workmen on ladders.

the reception staff organized tours and dinner reservations for me. the receptionist also provided many recommendations on local attractions and restaurants.

I had to manage my luggage up two flights of stairs without any assistance.
