The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed offered really good comfort. klaudia, the housekeeping manager, showed us the suites and premium rooms. She was so helpful! i booked an upgrade for my next stay because of her kindness. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is so stylish!

The so-called Executive Twin Room wasn't particularly excellent. The furniture looked worn and had several paint chips. The bathroom could use some serious upgrades, especially regarding cleanliness (I mean, come on, people!). I was surprised to find the windows screwed shut (seriously?).

An Unexpectedly Beautiful Stay!

It looked amazing! I arrived on their second day after reopening. The decor was beautiful. It was such an unexpected treat. My room was fantastic. I couldn't have wished for anything better!
The windows were a bit dirty. I could barely see the river view.

The reception and bar area are BEAUTIFUL for mingling. There is also a smart, spacious dining room with many choices available, and it looked really clean. Lifts were quick, which I appreciated.
