a decent experience

double bath attentive service limited offering tight space

i had a pleasant night in a junior suite. the room featured double baths, which i thought was a luxurious addition. tommy and jade in the restaurant took great care of us, and i really valued their attentive service.

the bar's offerings seemed a bit limited. i tried to order a baileys for a nightcap, but they didn't have any. also, parking was available, but the spaces felt quite tight to me.

dreadful parking incorrect bill

The staff were amazing and thoroughly professional. I'd say that met my expectations.

The parking situation was dreadful. I chose to have dinner and breakfast included, but upon finishing our meal, i received a bill recharging me for it and several other things i didn't even have. when i questioned the bill, the waiter seemed surprised. i tried to get it rectified, but they told me it would automatically be done on checkout. What a shambles!!!

lovely bedroom convenient location broken lift tired decor

the bedroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. the location was quite convenient to walk to the town centre.

The lift was out of order for the duration of my stay. the room decor seemed a bit tired, and my new world room was a hike from reception. I found this inconvenient.

the room felt airy and clean. staff were super friendly, providing very helpful service. i found the hotel room to be well-equipped.

i dined in the restaurant. the duck main course tasted so salty. the sauce seemed too over-reduced.

signature suite very nice room amazing bartender confusing layout many stairs third floor

i stayed in the signature suite. it was an very nice room. the bartenders were amazing and informative. they made me a wonderful cocktail.

the hotel layout was confusing with bags. i had to navigate lots of stairs. it was hard to find certain rooms on the third floor.

The breakfast options were great. I particularly enjoyed the quality cooked breakfast! the staff were friendly and cute. Nothing was too much trouble. the location is excellent. It is a short walk from the town centre.
