I loved the convenient location. Everything was within walking distance!!! the super nice team and polite. i got upgraded on arrival, a total score. The room was large with an ensuite shower, very clean, very comfortable, and it had everything i needed.
the car park entrance was a bit tricky, accessed via a very narrow lane.

Mixed feelings about the stay

poor cleaningdirty bathroom
I found some aspects disappointing. The room cleaning was definitely subpar. I saw dust on surfaces. The carpet needed vacuuming, and the bathroom floor had hair on it, just gross. I feel like the housekeeping really needs to step up, it was such a letdown.

Acceptable Stay

friendly staffcomfy bedsmall roomhard pillows
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly cooked with plenty of choice. I also found the comfy bed to be a HUGE bonus!!! The room had extra items including a coffee machine.
The room was a little small, with nowhere to put a suitcase. All the pillows were very hard. I was not happy with the bill, especially since the breakdown did not itemise what food or drinks were purchased.
