Absolutely Great Experience!
really good assistance clean room friendly atmosphere
The staff REALLY were very good. Mr Finlay provided really good assistance with local fishing spots. The room WAS very clean and the cleaning team showed great attention to detail throughout my stay. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere , and I will definitely return.
The shower tray drained a little slowly, though it wasn't a MAJOR issue.

The room provided surfaces in both the bedroom and the shower room. It had a great shower. The provided bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, what I wanted.

extensive menu scottish breakfast cooked element
the breakfast menu looks extensive, it offering choices for everyone. i ate a full scottish breakfast, it was amazing. every element was perfectly cooked and tasted so good, it setting me up for a long day.
the shop was not close, its being a 20 minute walk.

comfortable bed lovely bedding cooked eggs
the bed was comfortable, it had nice bedding. the room contained everything i needed for my stay. poached eggs were properly cooked during breakfast. the arbroath kippers were lovely, and the portions were plentiful. this set me up well for the day.

the breakfast i ate there suited me perfectly. i loved the friendly welcome i recieved. the view over the town was nice to see.
i found the room to be small and not as spacious as i thought it would be. the bathroom i used was even smaller. this hotel i believe is adequate for short stays but not a 4 star.
