slow service limited breakfast
the service felt stretched thin . i often had to wait longer than expected (annoying). simple tasks, like ordering another drink or getting someone's attention for assistance, required extra effort. the other thing was the breakfast (i was looking forward to this!). it was served in the bar, and the options were limited, especially for a hotel of this supposed standard.
