Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Present

loch locationdark shadesunexpected charge
The location near the loch was fine.
The room felt quite dark. The lamps had these silly navy blue shades. These dark shades hardly let any light through, and I struggled to read. I ordered a small wine one evening, yet the bill showed I was charged for a large one. Seriously?
