The staff at reception was really friendly. he arranged a taxi when i needed to leave which i appreciated. the location is central with walks right outside the door. a nice café is across the road. I had breakfast there.

the main door was a bit tricky, and i twice needed someone to let me out of the hotel.

i found the staff to be friendly on arrival. my room had tea and coffee, a nice touch.

The lack of toiletries was a problem for me. I expect soap and shampoo. my room had three windows, but only one would fully shut. the bathroom door also would not shut, and the wind howled all night.

The staff was very friendly and cute. I noticed the place has been newly refurbished so everything was really clean including the bathroom. The bathroom also had toiletries such as shampoo and body wash. The room contained tea and coffee, a nice addition.

A large light over the door stayed on all night, so the room never got dark. The blinds did not cover the sun coming into the room. I found this very distracting when trying to sleep. I did not like it.

I had a really nice short stay. the hotel staff welcomed me warmly at the lobby. i found generous amounts of tea and coffee available throughout my stay. the room was very clean and tidy. It seems the place has been newly decorated.

The stairs from the entrance to my room were steep, a little difficult to carry my luggage. Though i managed it eventually.

the hotel is in the middle of town! it is a short walk to pubs and restaurants. you can also easily reach laundry services. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
