i stayed in a king classic beautiful room for two nights. the room was super clean and very spacious, it had a coffee station. i also appreciated the plush bedding.

I found the staff superb and very helpful throughout the hotel. my room was clean, and i noted the beautiful views from my window. the hotel has manicured gardens. I found them excellent! the breakfast had a delicious selection of food. the concierge team was helpful with car and luggage assistance. one even found my lost phone. I was very grateful.
i noticed that some of the furnishings appear a bit worn.

The suite room was spacious and comfortable. the plush bedding was curated with care. the spa offered a good massage and attentive staff. i enjoyed the sauna. It seemed like a perfect escape.
I waited a long time for drinks and my food order at the restaurant. the meal was tasty, but the delay was significant. my breakfast order took 40 minutes to arrive. I ordered from the menu instead of the buffet. the waitress grunted when i asked about my order, that was not pleasant.

The room featured a spacious layout and a balcony, offering exterior views.. The bed provided great comfort with high-quality bedding. I found the bathroom to be very well-appointed with modern fixtures. The minibar was stocked with a good selection of beverages and snacks.
The initial room temperature was slightly too warm for my preference.

Reception was efficient upon arrival, and porters assisted with luggage. The staff greeted guests with dignity and respect. Transportation was available by the resort driver. Everyone offered five star service.

The hotel grounds were extensive with nearby places of interest. The gardens and distillery were nice options during the visit. Complimentary bikes made exploring fun, also the surrounding beauty was immerse. The gardens are near the hotel.

the location was near perfect and within walking distance of some gardens.
i found several issues. upon arrival, there was no one to help with luggage so i handled it myself. our room had a stain on the carpet and dead insects. it seemed like no one really cared about the place..

I found the Mountain View room divine. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely.. especially on a winter's night. The hotel room overlooked the Sugarloaf.
Check-in occurred at 4 pm. The room was not ready until 4:30 pm. It was pretty late to make use of the facilities that day.
