the spa offers a beautiful experience. the relaxation room included fresh fruit, yoghurts, and herbal teas. zara, my masseuse, provided a wonderful massage for my shoulders, back, and head, followed by a facial.. i did not want the experience to end. the music with aromas enhanced the relaxation.

the bar seemed to have some price discrepancies for drinks . it was minor, but i hope this is addressed.

I found the interiors quite fine, with decor that whispered elegance and grandeur. the food was nice. Each dish was like a carefully crafted poem. i felt the staff showed such genuine care, particularly at breakfast where small details made a big difference. i was upgraded to a lovely beautiful room, a wonderful gift.

the lighting in the lobby felt a little too bright at certain times.

i found the spa area clean. The relaxation room presented fresh fruit yogurts and various herbal teas. My massage with Zara was fantastic, i enjoyed a nice shoulders, back, and head massage followed by a facial. i really enjoyed it.

i visited the bar regularly. This time, i was charged varying amounts for the SAME brand of drink. It made me wonder if the pricing was not right.

the staff were attentive. they ensured i was comfortable. the room was clean (it was a double room). i also appreciated the large car park.

i found the breakfast below standard. the gym is not very modern. i was also disappointed that towels are not provided to hotel members, only to guests.
