My stay included access to the shuttle service. It made transport around the estate convenient. dinner at the barton grill was a highlight. Food presentation and cooking were both excellent. i thoroughly enjoyed playing golf. The hotel offered access to multiple courses.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered many tasty options. the room was very nice and neat. i especially liked that a complimentary taxi service was available around the estate. It was quite convenient.

The arrival felt underwhelming the door staff seemed indifferent. I confirmed all plans at check-in only to face a mixup later it was disappointing. Management was unhelpful upon addressing the issue. They offered a spa treatment for two after I paid 500 euro I refused it. There was no further communication from them after my initial contact I had to follow up myself.

i had a comfortable two night stay. the customer service from all the staff was amazing. dinner in the barton grill featured beautiful presentation and perfect cooking. the shuttle service around the estate proved fabulous.

the bedding had stains and the small poof at the end of the bed was quite dirty. i asked for these to be changed. reception offered a room move, which i declined, requesting only a bedding change. despite this, the bedding was not changed.
