soft furnishings tea facilities

the room was clean and nicely decorated with tasteful soft furnishings. tea making facilities were available (which i always appreciate).

i found the parking a bit of a challenge as there is no private parking.

The location was good.

The room I booked was supposedly a 'Beautiful' room, but it was far from it. It reminded me of false advertising-not what I expected at all!

cozy stay near the sea

easy access friendly staff great location

the location was great, a short walk to the beach (30 steps, to be exact). the staff were very friendly. code locks on the doors made access easy. a side entrance was also very convenient.

the room got very warm, and i couldn't leave the windows open as the road outside was noisy with buses and traffic. (it was a tuesday night, so maybe weekends are quieter?).

the hotel offers free wifi access. there is an adjoining bar where you can get a drink. the hotel is dog-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends. it really is great.

the staff helped carry our bags to the room. they even looked after my car when it was parked in the wrong place. i also got a late check out without any fuss, which i appreciated.

the food is really amazing. there is a beer garden where you can dine outdoors. although the restaurant was closed (it was off-season), there were many places to eat nearby. i had a great dinner.

the hotel is in an excellent spot near the beach and shops. shore street and the harbour are only a short walk away. the inn is right next to the water front, a great location.

excellent stay! highly recommend this gem

fantastic location friendly staff clean room

the location near the water front was fantastic! the hotel bar was a cracking spot, and the staff were friendly and efficient! everyone were very good. the rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and included great facilities, a total win!

The room became far too hot. Only one window opens and the bathroom window lacks a blind which let heat flood in. the main light didn't work, the refrigerator was also not working, and the wi-fi signal proved pretty weak.

Central and Tastefully Decorated

tasteful decoration comfy bed central location

The room was super clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfy. I appreciated the complimentary WiFi. The location is central. The beach and harbour are only a minute away..

The room was above the pub. The music was loud until the early hours. It only quieted down around 2:30 am after the noise spilled into the street after closing.

The hotel has its own lively bar. It provides a local feel. The hotel is also dog friendly, a great advantage for pet owners. There is free WiFi available for all guests throughout the premises.
