Excellent Breakfast and Convenient Location
fresh food convenient location comfortable bed
The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food. The spa was nice. The hotel's location made it easy to get around the city, I could walk everywhere. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable.
The shower took some time to heat up. I had to wait a few minutes each time before the water became warm enough to use.

odd room service worn carpets
the room service was odd. i needed to hang a sign outside to get my room cleaned, i have never experienced this. the television placement was bad since you could not see it from one of the beds. carpets seemed old and worn.

The breakfast offered a great selection, I found many tasty options. The staff was really helpful. They provided an early breakfast upon request. The spa was very good, and the room was really clean, it was a perfect experience.
I noticed some missing items. There were no slippers or soap in the room. I found some untidiness above the cupboards. I think these details could improve the overall experience.
