i enjoyed the kind staff. friendly service occurred in all areas. the room was nice and clean. i appreciated the quick and efficient check-in to a spacious room.

i found that the room was quite cold upon arrival. it took over 24 hours for the temperature to adjust. this was not ideal with the cold weather outside.
