The breakfast buffet featured a fantastic array of choices. It included many healthy options that gave me a GREAT start each morning. I found the art theme applied in each room stood out. Each room had its own unique design. The bed was very wide. It provided really good comfort throughout my stay.

The hotel has a tramway stop just in front. It makes accessing the city center simple. I could also easily walk to West Terminal 2 in about fifteen minutes, VERY convenient for ferry access.

The check-in process was quick and handled with professionalism. The staff displayed smiles. I appreciated the staff's dedication to ensuring all the details were addressed, and they were very attentive.

the staff seemed alright, you know, friendly enough i suppose. i mean, the breakfast selection, it existed. nothing to write home about, mind you, but it was acceptable.

the air con, well, it decided to take a vacation of its own. i ended up complaining more than once. they tried to convince me it was the sun's fault, that even with air con, the room would be warm. also, the room itself. tiny. and that bed. some plastic cover was causing me to sweat and the sheets seemed like plastic. i did not like it
