I was grateful for the valet parking service. It made arrivals and departures seamless. the view from the (dagmar suite) was amazing, especially the surroundings. the reception treated me like royalty. The service was perfect.

I encountered some noise issues at night. Street sounds were quite disruptive to sleep. the rooms facing the street allowed noise to permeate making sleep difficult.

the location was excellent. it allowed effortless access to shopping destinations. dining spots and cultural attractions were all nearby. the gym had a wide variety of equipment. i found my workout session very refreshing after long days of travel. the breakfast buffet was fine with a beautiful view of the harbor.

i found the pillows too soft, a minor inconvenience.

The location was ideal, right near the water. The waterfront views were amazing. i appreciated the clean, stylish rooms, especially the super comfortable bed. the staff was so great. the bar downstairs had a lovely atmosphere, with friendly bartenders and excellent drinks!!!
