clean rooms daily restock loud music unenforced rule

the rooms were clean. they restocked the mini bar daily. there was a decent variety of food in the main buffet.

the poolside music was excessively loud. it included foul language even with kids around. the hotel's 10am towel removal rule wasn't enforced. lifeguards seemed uninterested in enforcing it.

the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, which i did appreciate.

The food quality was really not good. i mainly ate spaghetti bolognese and salad. this was great. there was also very minimal entertainment, frankly.

mixed feelings about this stay

poor service absent sanitizer

the football pitch for kids was a great feature.

The restaurant service needs improvement especially in the mornings. Tables were not set. it was difficult to get a drink order taken. I usually got my own drinks. i also experienced sickness and diarrhea , which raises concerns about hygiene. hand sanitizer was not available near the food, unlike other hotels i have visited.

i found the food selection quite varied with excellent choices. the cleanliness of the pool restrooms impressed me. i also appreciated the beautiful and comfortable room. the room had a great view.
