The mini bar was stocked everyday. the house keepers were amazing. Selma kept our swim up room super clean. i noticed great towel art almost everyday.

i found that we had to clear our own table in the buffet a few times. we had to remove the previous diners' plates and wipe down the table ourselves. getting cutlery was also difficult, even with staff walking past us.

I found it hard to believe this is a five-star hotel. there were no adult-only areas. Despite the claim of having plenty, i struggled to find any .

I found the hotel grounds beautiful. The room offered generous storage space. The food selection was plentiful at every meal. I enjoyed the branded spirits and the extensive cocktail list. Staff readily prepared off-menu cocktails.

I noticed that some areas around the pool became slippery when wet.

The reception staff, including Haider and the manager, were excellent and provided a wonderful service! I found them to be amiable, with a very helpful attitude.

The room had ample storage and a very comfortable large bed! A good shower was available, and I could see the sea as expected from my window, it was nice. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh.

The hotel offered an easy boat ride to the beach. The beach was clean and private, very relaxing! I arranged a taxi to the city through the hotel. It was very professional.
