the rooms had everything i needed. it included a balcony and comfy beds. the minibar was free, and there was tea and coffee in my room!!!

it was sometimes difficult to get a drink at mealtimes. the staff were often busy clearing tables.

the hotel had a very well equipped gym. i found plenty of choice of food at every meal. drinks were very good, including branded spirits and a long cocktail list.

entertainment started quite late every night at 21:30. i found the pool entertainment lackluster. i noticed customer relations staff seemed rude and unhelpful.

The mini bar was stocked everyday. the house keepers were amazing. Selma kept our swim up room super clean. i noticed great towel art almost everyday.

i found that we had to clear our own table in the buffet a few times. we had to remove the previous diners' plates and wipe down the table ourselves. getting cutlery was also difficult, even with staff walking past us.

I found the hotel grounds beautiful. The room offered generous storage space. The food selection was plentiful at every meal. I enjoyed the branded spirits and the extensive cocktail list. Staff readily prepared off-menu cocktails.

I noticed that some areas around the pool became slippery when wet.

The reception staff, including Haider and the manager, were excellent and provided a wonderful service! I found them to be amiable, with a very helpful attitude.
