i loved the great food options and the clean, modern hotel. every member of the staff seemed genuinely happy to work there. the room service was amazing, and the rooms were cleaned every day. the drinks were also so yummy.

the hotel has a large pool, two bars near it. there are many loungers by the pool and the sea. there is also a water park available for all guests to use.

the hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. the selection of food and drinks available was acceptable.

the room i had was not up to par. the furniture was outdated and showed significant wear and tear. additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was disruptive.

The gym is well equipped. I found three treadmills and two stationary bikes. my room had a sea view, and i saw the shipwreck. the food had good variety.

The music played during the day was loud. It was hard to relax.

The room was spacious with a great view. I had a Superior Room Sea View. Fresh towels were provided daily. The bed was very comfy. I found a complimentary water bottle every day. That was nice. The main pool was beautiful and easily accessible. I noticed two separate pools with lower water volume ideal for babies and children.

My key card would not work properly. I had to have it reset multiple times. The gym was very loud. I heard music all day. I needed quiet, so it was difficult for me. Breakfast did not meet my expectations. The quality was quite poor.
