the staff were attentive always ready with a smile everything was super clean showcasing a high standard of cleanliness the grounds were beautifully maintained the main pool was great. i thoroughly enjoyed the drinks food and entertainment all consistently top notch the lazy river added a unique relaxing element to my stay. i can't wait for my return visit next year
the room lacked detailed information regarding the hotels amenities activities and dining times it would have been helpful to have this information readily available upon arrival for a smoother start to my stay. i would have appreciated more guidance to better navigate and enjoy all the resort offers

the hotel is positioned with convenient access to the beach close enough for a short walk but far enough to maintain a quiet setting the views from the restaurants are amazing. i really enjoyed the proximity to local atractions.

the staff demonstrated top notch customer service with helpful and well trained staff providing excellent assistance throughout the hotel the dining staff were also very pleasant and attentive. they were very kind with every need i had.

The resort provided fresh pool towels in the room each day, which i guess was acceptable.
I booked a specific room type about a month before arrival and even paid a deposit. Two days before arriving, i received a call saying the room was not available. I received a symbolic discount but i still expected the suite i requested rather than settling for a downgrade.
