A Decent Hotel Experience
attentive service fantastic beach spacious suite average food insufficient sunbed
I Found the service around the pool pretty attentive. If i ordered a drink one day, the next day they remembered it and started bringing it around. The beach was also fantastic, it was really nice. The family suite had two double rooms which was great for my whole family. I really Liked that a lot.
My main disappointment involved the food quality. It seemed average compared to other places i have been. I Found that I had to book restaurants way in advance. Many restaurants closed making you eat in other restaurants.

perfect room lovely housekeeper sewer smell no compensation
The staff members were helpful. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed. The housekeeper for our room kept it lovely and always made us smile.
Our room had a sewer smell for two days. I received no compensation for it.

attentive team respectful staff friendly service
I found the team fantastic. They were attentive, courteous, and friendly . the entertainment team stood out, particularly peckan at darts and rifle shooting. maximus and amigo at archery were also great. these individuals are a credit to this place.

The room layout worked great and i did not see a single mark anywhere! housekeeping provided superb service throughout my stay. The facilities looked super clean, as everything was well kept.

multiple pools are available both indoors and outdoors! i also noticed sun-loungers everywhere, so there was plenty of space to relax. the gym looked well-equipped and they have a steam and sauna room.

the location was convenient, given how close it is to the airport. this made traveling with young children very easy. the resort is expansive and includes a large green area.

I appreciated the wide selection of choices for food in the buffet restaurant! the service at the turunc, kuyu, and sandal restaurants impressed me. several servers provided good service in the buffet restaurant. Vesysal, erhan, and deflan looked after me especially well.

really good resort EXPERIENCE
clean rooms food variety polite staff comfortable bed
the rooms were ALWAYS clean. food was plentiful. buffet option had huge variety. ALL staff were courteous. i found the bed comfortable. blackout curtains help a lot. there were great lighting options. coffee machine was great.

welcome drinks room cleaning
the food and drinks were excellent with many dining options the restaurants and bars consistently provided delicious meals and beverages
upon arrival i wasn't offered any welcome drinks like i read about in other reviews our room wasn't cleaned daily and the drinks in the mini-fridge weren't stocked up i expected better service

convenient drink orders delicious sushi friendly staff
I enjoyed the convenient drink orders available DIRECTLY from the swimming pool sunbeds. The sushi at Iro was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the rotating sushi. The staff were attentive to all requests.

lush grounds varied selection
The grounds were lush and well kept! The housekeeping service kept our room very clean. The main buffet restaurant had a varied selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. I particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, though a heated pool is usually appreciated.
The non-alcoholic cocktails were not very tasty. I found the selection to be somewhat limited, though I still had enough to drink.
