I found the team fantastic. They were attentive, courteous, and friendly . the entertainment team stood out, particularly peckan at darts and rifle shooting. maximus and amigo at archery were also great. these individuals are a credit to this place.

The room layout worked great and i did not see a single mark anywhere! housekeeping provided superb service throughout my stay. The facilities looked super clean, as everything was well kept.

multiple pools are available both indoors and outdoors! i also noticed sun-loungers everywhere, so there was plenty of space to relax. the gym looked well-equipped and they have a steam and sauna room.

the location was convenient, given how close it is to the airport. this made traveling with young children very easy. the resort is expansive and includes a large green area.

I appreciated the wide selection of choices for food in the buffet restaurant! the service at the turunc, kuyu, and sandal restaurants impressed me. several servers provided good service in the buffet restaurant. Vesysal, erhan, and deflan looked after me especially well.

the rooms were ALWAYS clean. food was plentiful. buffet option had huge variety. ALL staff were courteous. i found the bed comfortable. blackout curtains help a lot. there were great lighting options. coffee machine was great.

upon arrival i wasn't offered any welcome drinks like i read about in other reviews our room wasn't cleaned daily and the drinks in the mini-fridge weren't stocked up i expected better service

I enjoyed the convenient drink orders available DIRECTLY from the swimming pool sunbeds. The sushi at Iro was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the rotating sushi. The staff were friendly to all requests.

lush groundsvaried selection
The grounds were lush and well-kept! The housekeeping service kept our room very clean. The main buffet restaurant had a varied selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. I particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, though a heated pool is usually appreciated.
The non-alcoholic cocktails were not very tasty. I found the selection to be somewhat limited, though I still had enough to drink.
