i liked the location near the coastline. i had a suite with big outdoor facilities. everything was comfortable and luxurious.

the hotel was very warm inside , but the central air conditioning only seemed to emit more heat. i only got one small bottle of complimentary water during my four-night stay for two people. i was told i had to buy my own water at the bar.

The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food. Staff was generally helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good. I enjoyed sitting al fresco after breakfast and finishing with a coffee.

Our room was open planned with the bathroom. This is down to personal preference. Housekeeping took all the towels one day and never replaced them. We also ran out of hand wash. I think that housekeeping needs to take a bit more time.

Nabila at reception welcomed me. She explained everything clearly. The hotel provided good quality cosmetics, towels, and a hairdryer in the room. I found a small fridge with a kettle and tea and coffee selection convenient.

The gym had limited equipment and little space, I thought, limiting it for a proper workout.

The hotel is right at the promenade. It is in a nice area that felt less busy. A walk alongside the beach was easy from here. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The breakfast had a good buffet choice. I found the bar service around the pool friendly. Fresh Sangria tasting happened. It was freshly made! Prosecco was even available at breakfast, this was unexpected.

i wanted to relax and enjoy some lovely sea views. i found the hotel very clean and a decent size. my favorite club rooms offer a good sized room with lovely sea views. the room had a very good rainfall shower and a separate toilet cubicle (the design was well thought out). i found the buffet surprisingly good with real choice.

the gym was very limited in equipment. it was only suitable for two people at a time. i had to keep checking and waiting to go in.
