impeccably clean room friendly staff amazing view
the room was impeccably clean. it was very comfortable. staff were very friendly and helpful. rooftop pool has some amazing views. the honesty fridge was filled with beers and soft drinks.
The rooms have little to no insulation for noise. You can hear everything throughout the night. we had terrible sleep because of this.

inadequate insulation misleading information
the breakfast met my expectations it was excellent.
the noise insulation proved inadequate i heard disturbances throughout the night. i requested information about local beaches from the staff i received misleading information. this was a significant disappointment.

decent stay with a few hiccups
poor insulation inaccurate recommendations
The room wasn't soundproofed well. i heard noise all night! the staff's beach recommendations were also off. i missed out on a sunny day at calo des moro. That was disappointing. i wish they knew more about local beaches. it put a damper on my trip. it.

fresh fruit rooftop pool prompt service
The breakfast buffet was extensive. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The rooftop pool area offered a refreshing escape from the city heat. There were comfortable loungers and a shaded area. The staff provided prompt service. They quickly addressed my inquiries.
The gym was a bit small, it had only a couple of cardio machines (still I could do my basic exercises).

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. blanca made my welcome better. the hotel bar and the garden are very nice. I enjoyed spending time there.

free minibar brown toiletries sun deck
the free minibar was a nice touch. molton brown toiletries were provided in the bathroom. i also liked that there was towels available on the sun deck, so useful.
