the rooms were cleaned daily. fresh towels were provided each day. the animation team had different games and competitions. they constantly took part themselves and felt more like friends playing a game than staff.
the lifeguard didn't get up and help when children were in difficulty in the pool, other adults had to jump in and help.

I found the staff helpful and always available. the breakfast and dinner buffets offered ample choices. i particularly loved the themed nights as it allowed me to sample different cuisines. fresh fruit was abundant. I enjoyed lovely desserts each evening.
the air conditioning in my room was slightly older and did not cool the room as efficiently as i would have liked, though it was still functional.

the room included two comfortable twin beds pushed together, alongside modern, bright furnishings which enhanced the space. the facilities team maintained a super clean condition. i enjoyed the clean bathroom, it featured a spacious shower.

the hotel offered easy access to public transport. a bus stop located right outside the hotel took me to palmanova, palma, and the airport. it provided a perfect base from which to explore nearby areas, i found it very convenient.

The large pool area provided ample space for relaxation and recreation. plenty of sunbeds were available. i appreciated the evening entertainment. A watchable animation team presented quizzes and dance shows, it encouraged guest involvement.
