i loved the helpful girl working reception she knew so much. the room felt spacious. the bathroom was newly renovated i found it lovely. breakfast seemed satisfying with many cereals, juices and fresh fruits.
the kettle was high on a shelf very near the door it seemed unsafe. we booked a beautiful room but it was small.

inadequate cleaningpoor soundproofing
I found the room cleaning inadequate . The bathroom basin still had toothpaste stains after cleaning. the noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. Soundproofing could be improved. The staff seemed short-handed, and requests sometimes took longer than expected. I expect better attentiveness at this price point.

The room included adequate tea and coffee. It was clean. The breakfast was nice (especially the scrambled eggs!).
The room felt small. I was only provided one medium and one small hand towel for two people. The towels were also very thin.
