Fantastic Golf Break Getaway

The staff was helpful and a pleasure to deal with I used the spa it really helped relax me after a long drive. Breakfast was excellent I found lots of seating areas around the hotel. The sports bar food offered good value and I liked being able to have it served in the quieter adjacent bar area.

i stayed four nights in a spacious room. it had a large bed and even an additional bed. there was a tv and tea and coffee facilities. they also included biscuits. the bathroom had clean towels, soap, and shampoo. i enjoyed the balcony.

The decorations were festive. a few looked a bit dated. it did not detract too much from my stay.

The staff were helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble! i stayed in the lodges. They were really well equipped. i loved using all the practice facilities, though the driving range door was a bit of a hassle when carrying my bag. the courses were in great condition, especially considering the summer we had!

I found the driving range door a bit inconvenient when carrying my bag. Perhaps a redesign could improve access.

Fantastic Golf Break

excellent conditionnice touch

The courses were in excellent condition (even after the scorching summer). The sports bar featured plenty of TVs, even outside, for watching the Ryder Cup. It was a nice touch that the lodges had Sky Sports.

the location was alright i guess. the bar area did have some comfortable chairs of good quality.

i hated the spa. the entrance looked really poor. the staff also seemed quite unfriendly. changing rooms definitely need updating and cleaning as many lockers are out of order.
