The location is amazing. I could easily reach the Grand Place. The bar served Chant d'Eole, a delicious Belgian champagne, I appreciated this local touch. Staff across all departments were polite and efficient.

The room heating made some noise at night.

The location was fantastic, I could easily walk to main attractions. The staff was attentive, addressing needs quickly and professionally. I enjoyed breakfast options with fresh, quality food that were available daily.

The in-room safe proved a bit difficult to use at first.
