The hotel's location was perfect. I found the breakfast selection amazing and varied. The room had a nice sitting area with a table.
The mini fridge in my room did not work. I was disappointed by that. The hotel lacks a proper restaurant. The bar only serves finger food. The sofa-bed was uncomfortable for kids.

the hotel provided convenient parking near the premises. staff were very helpful when i needed assistance with directions. i appreciated the nespresso machine available in my room. i enjoyed the efficient blackout curtains that helped me sleep well.
i noticed the elevators were noticeably slow. it became quite inconvenient during peak times.

the family queen room offered two beds and access to the spa. the room provided a spacious setting appropriate for a family. the design of the room was modern and clean, a feature i appreciated.

the room was clean. the bed provided a comfy sleep. we used the car park located on the -6 floor (it was an added bonus).
the spa lacked towels and hooks. there was no rest area provided. the minibar was completely empty (a small detail, but noticeable).
