The location was central. It made getting around very easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the tasty meals at the restaurant.

the suite was spacious. it featured a separate lounge area, and a very large comfortable bed. staff members were cute and friendly. the bar looked cosy too.
the carpet had stains.

The staff was helpful . The location is close to the centre, so I could easily walk to restaurants. The secure parking was convenient since I travelled by motorbike.
The room had a musty smell, not very pleasant. There were no bath towels in the room, so I had to ask for them. The carpet was also not clean, detracting from the overall experience.

The location was good because I could reach places nearby.
I found the room a bit worn. There were stains on the carpet and some mold in the shower. the bed sheet did not fit the bed properly. It was a minor annoyance but noticeable.

The room showed considerable wear. Stains marked the carpet, and mold was visible in the shower (which really bothered me). The windows was unclean. The provided bedding felt too heavy for the time of year. I could not get comfortable under such a thick duvet in the summer heat. This definitely impacted my sleep quality.

the staff were great. the hotel restaurant serves a nice dinner and breakfast.
i requested a bath. there was no bath available. the shower lacked a door or curtain, resulting in a soaked floor. i needed robes to mop up water so i could walk safely.
