The staff was helpful . The location is close to the centre, so I could easily walk to restaurants. The secure parking was convenient since I travelled by motorbike.
The room had a musty smell, not very pleasant. There were no bath towels in the room, so I had to ask for them. The carpet was also not clean, detracting from the overall experience.

The room showed considerable wear. Stains marked the carpet, and mold was visible in the shower (which really bothered me). The windows was unclean. The provided bedding felt too heavy for the time of year. I could not get comfortable under such a thick duvet in the summer heat. This definitely impacted my sleep quality.
