FANTASTIC Stay!
clean bed great location
I loved the clean beds. They were the CLEANEST beds I have ever slept in! The location is great. The pier is just across the road. The team is lovely, and each room is individual.
I found no direct parking on site, inconvenient. I had to park on the street, though cheap public parking lots are nearby.

Breakfast service runs efficiently, offering fresh options. This made mornings easy. The hotel also has a chic bar with a cozy lounge. You can relax on the covered terrace and smoke if you want.

The hotel features a covered terrace for relaxation. That's GREAT. Two complimentary parking spaces are available, a HUGE plus. The hotel is situated just a short walk from both the pier and the beach.

I had a beautiful double room that included towels. There were sufficient supplies. Rooms come with balconies, a nice addition. I really enjoyed the view there.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were SO understanding! Becky, the manager, is helpful. The ladies were friendly from arrival until departure, which I appreciated VERY much.

small room weak water pressure
The room size felt small, especially considering it was booked as a double. The bathroom was clean. it clearly needed updating. The shower offered weak water pressure. This made it difficult to have a refreshing wash. I found these issues impacted my overall satisfaction.

small room size rubbish shower
The room size felt small for a double room I also think the bathroom needs updating the shower was not good at all. Water pressure was very low. I could barely rinse the shampoo from my hair. It was quite frustrating I expect better for the price I paid.

the staff was friendly and helpful they handled a few issues well and were very attentive
the room i was given wasn't what i expected from the pictures online it reminded me of false advertising also the cleanliness was not good it gave me an uneasy feeling i found old food packets in the drawers one even had mold

decent stay overall
helpful receptionist easy parking assisted move bleach smell cobweb presence unstable tv
the receptionist and another lady were very helpful. they assisted me with parking my car. they helped my girlfriend move her bags.
i was told it was a bridal suite. there was a heavy smell of bleach in the room, cobwebs were present and the tv was unstable.
