The staff was helpful, assisting with luggage storage after checkout.

The room was smaller than expected. REALLY i felt cramped. The bathroom lacked counter space. The lighting was dim, and i had trouble reading in the evening.

professional staff english decor spacious room perfect amenities

The staff were professional and responsive to my needs. The decor features an authentic English charm. The room was spacious and comfortable with perfect amenities. I would return to this hotel on a future trip.

The menu for food and drinks was limited and expensive. I also experienced some problems with the air conditioning in the room.
