noisy room hidden deposit
The breakfast was plentiful with attentive service, acceptable.
The room was quite noisy due to the air conditioning unit. I also was not told about the extra £50 deposit until I arrived. I will now have to wait for this to be paid back.

a pleasant stay
quality food short walk
i found the breakfast food of good quality. the room was spacious. i also appreciated transport options to the arena with a tram stop a short walk away, the tram stop was convenient to the hotel.

Wonderful Experience at this Hotel
clean room diverse options friendly staff upgraded room
The room was very clean. A pleasant scent filled the air. The breakfast had diverse options. All staff members were both friendly and helpful. I appreciate the hotel upgrading our room. It added to my positive experience.
I found that outside the rooms the hotel seems a little worn. The decor feels somewhat dated.

i had a standard room. it WAS spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. the bathroom WAS clean TOO. breakfast WAS lovely with a CHOICE of continental, traditional and menu options.

I loved the spacious room. It had plenty of space to relax! the breakfast had a great selection of items i really enjoyed. the reception staff were polite and friendly. They made check-in easy!
my drink in the bar tasted strange. it seems like the coke post mix had almost run out.
