The staff was friendly and helpful, so that was acceptable.

I was very annoyed because the room smelled strongly of chemicals. The hotel was unable to accommodate my laundry request and there is no self-laundry (BIG mistake).

The breakfast offered a wide variety of meals. The hotel is in the city center, close to the pedestrian street 'Knez Mihailova'. The beds are comfortable , allowing a good night's sleep.

The rooms are not vacuumed each day , which I expected.

The room was spacious and modern. it featured a comfortable bed. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, IT had a wide selection of items. the hotel's location was CENTRAL. Many attractions were nearby.

the hallway carpet had a small stain, though otherwise the hotel was super clean.

the rooms were clean and spacious. i liked that hotel has a central location near many stores. the breakfast included many food options which i found convenient. i also liked the interior design of the hotel, it had many details.

i did notice some noise at night. the doors are not silent. party people sometimes interrupted my sleep which was annoying.
