convenient location varied breakfast friendly staff

i found the location very central and convenient. the breakfast was great with a lot of variety (especially the pancakes!). the staff were friendly and helpful.

the elevators experienced occasional delays, which caused minor inconveniences.

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities

My visit was enjoyable , and the location allowed easy access to key attractions. The staff were very helpful , and promptly arranged a taxi for my departure. I found the amenities excellent. The breakfast offered authentic Serbian dishes , and the restaurant provided superb meals during my four visits.

One day , my room was not cleaned , even with the 'please clean up' sign displayed. I reported this at reception , but no immediate solution was offered.

The room had a fine view of the park near the castle , and it included all desired commodities. The size was generous , offering enough space to relax and work. Everything was clean and very quiet , helping for restful nights.
