a mixed experience at this hotel

I found that the cleaning staff had gone through my personal belongings. they moved my things and threw them into several bags. clean clothes were mixed with used clothes. I no longer felt safe after this.

underwhelming stay and questionable cleanliness

cigarette smoke temperature control

the location was quite convenient, especially its proximity to transport.

My room reeked of cigarette smoke even though i requested a non-smoking one. It was unpleasant. the noise from outside was constant and disruptive. Sleep was nearly impossible. the shower's temperature control was completely broken. Adjusting the water was a frustrating task. the room looked quite tired too.

amazing stay with helpful staff!

superb service cozy room friendly staff

Ankit provided superb customer service, i was impressed! the hotel room was clean and cozy, exactly what i needed after a hectic day. the staff were genuinely friendly and were very good too help. It's a great bonus.

The noise from outside was a bit much. Sirens were frequent, especially at night! the sound insulation in the room could definitely be improved to ensure a more peaceful sleep. hopefully, this gets addressed soon.

the hotel has easy access to a rail station! the area offers many dining options plus a large supermarket just around the corner. it's really convenient.

I found tea and coffee facilities very convenient. Everything needed for a quick cuppa was available! the reception desk was consistently staffed, always someone available until late evening. this helped with check-in.

the room i had was quite clean and bright, it met my basic expectations! the bathroom included their supplied products plus decently thick, visibly clean towels. i could sleep well in a clean bed and clean room!

while the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, there are plenty of places to eat nearby! the rail station across the road takes you into london where there is everything! it's great for variety.

I found the location very convenient. The train station is just across the street. The nearby shops made it easy to grab necessities. The room had a television with many channels.

The staff at reception were very helpful. They assisted me with directions to local transport. The restaurant provided a satisfactory breakfast service. It included a selection of pastries and hot drinks.

The room had some noise from external sources. It was noticeable late at night. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. I found it challenging to get a consistent water temperature.

fantastic stay!

really good service attentive staff clean room convenient location

the staff provided really good service, being both attentive and very polite. the room was clean and well-equipped with everything i needed. it was also right opposite the station, so getting around was easy!

the water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit, making it tricky to find a stable setting.

I noticed plenty of restaurants nearby. A takeaway shop is right next door. there's lots of choice and the food was AMAZING!!! this makes grabbing a quick bite very convenient after a long day.

The receptionist, mr ankit, was friendly and helpful. he was up late to accommodate my check-in. Everything was hassle-free. the staff were cute and always ready to assist with a smile.

the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the station, on the elizabeth line. this made it easy to get to places in central london. access to transport links is excellent.
