Really good Staff and Prime Location

The management team assisted me in planning a successful surprise. Damin greeted us upon arrival and was particularly helpful. He.
The hotel systems seemed new and some staff lacked training. This caused some issues with incorrect charges. Correcting these errors required time. I felt the staffing and systems were not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

easy accesswonderful staff
The location allowed for easy access to trains. My room was gorgeous and the staff was the best I have met at any hotel. Aude, Morgan, Gerald, Zeeshan, Zeid, Thorgan, Maxime, Aline, Lucille, Corentin, Chiara, and Anna are all wonderful staff members.
The gym was too small. It did not reflect what I saw in the pictures.

Mixed Feelings about the Stay
ant problemfinancial apology
I found a significant problem with ants in the carpet under the bed upon arrival. The reception was informed, and housekeeping said they addressed it, but the ants remained. I was moved to another room, but at checkout, the manager did not offer any discount for the inconvenience. I expected more considering the price of over 800 EUR per night.
