I liked the location. A shopping center is in the same building, so it was easy to buy things I needed. The staff was very cute. They addressed my questions quickly.
The towels were very low quality. The breakfast had poor choices. The restaurant and bar closed too early. I was not able to get food on New Year's Day, a letdown considering the price I paid.

the hotel is linked to a shopping center. it made getting snacks easy (i like snacks).
The lack of cleanliness in the room was surprising. i found hair in the bed and suspected the sheets weren't changed. This was a bit off-putting. also, the shower drain cover was missing. It just wasn't what i expected.

The breakfast selection included plant-based options. I found very good dairy products. Fresh fruit as well as seeds were available. The room was spacious. The suite had everything I needed for a short stay. It was very comfortable and adaptable. The reception staff were pleasant. They were helpful and sincere. I found the morning cafe staff (Pansy and her colleagues) accommodative, friendly and generous.
Upon check-in, I had to pay a deposit of 100 euros directly to the hotel (which felt unusual). I had already paid for the two nights in advance. I offered my credit card (for possible future expenses). I was informed the hotel had increased the room rate at check-out. I was asked to sign for that change. That amount was withheld from the deposit. I was informed I wouldn't receive my money right away, but that it typically took 'a little while'. The AC was very noisy. It. I reported it to the hotel, and they turned off heating completely from my room. I needed to accommodate maintenance and that did not solve the issue.
