Really good Hotel Stay!

comprehensive supplies warm atmosphere convenient access

The room included self care supplies like shoe polish and a sewing kit. I found teeth care and a shaving kit too. It was very comprehensive. Staff were lovely and easy to talk to. This created a warm atmosphere. The room was clean. there was convenient access to the train station.

The location wasn't ideal. It was far and uphill from Gare du Nord!

the superior twin room was comfortable it was equipped with nice amenities the breakfast had many choices the staff was kind and efficient

non-adjustable air conditioning preferential treatment

I was not pleased upon arrival to discover there was no way to adjust the air conditioning in my room. I could not make it cooler or warmer. This air conditioner also could not be turned off. It blew directly onto the bed, so I was uncomfortable the entire stay. It also seemed that some staff were getting preferential treatment (I saw it with my own eyes).
