quality ingredients helpful staff great location
The breakfast was excellent (the quality of the ingredients stood out). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. The location is great for visiting West Horsley Place.
The hotel lacked water in the room.

convenient parking excellent breakfast helpful staff
The car parking was conveniently close to the reception area. I found the bathroom offered both a bath and a separate shower (very useful!). The breakfasts included a good variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked vegetarian selection. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently helpful and professional.
