Underwhelming Spa Experience
overcrowded poolmissing treatments
The spa was a MAJOR disappointment. I was looking forward to treatments, but they no longer offer massages or facials. It's just hydrotherapy and massage chairs now. The pool was also overcrowded. Honestly, it felt more like a children's play area than a relaxing spa.

I found the staff quite excellent. The rooms proved comfortable and well-furnished. I enjoyed the on-site parking.
I noticed the breakfast hours during the week were a little tight. Specifically, 7 am to 9 am. This limited the time available to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. I hope the hours get extended soon.

The location proved great. I found the cricket venue offered many fun options. Video games, a pool table, darts, and a bar shuttle board were all available there.

The hotel offered whatsapp communication with the front-of-house team. I found this effective. the wifi was super fast. I could easily stream movies. my room was modern and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay.

The hotel room was very clean. The gym had decent equipment. Staff members were helpful. Access to the A1 was easy.
I noticed everything was operated online. I had to self-check in. The cards came out of the machine.

good wifiefficient room servicelovely surroundings
the room was a good size and had many features i liked! the wifi was good too. i also found the room service efficient. the surroundings were lovely too. i really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.
the evening bar shut surprisingly early at 10.15.
