Mixed feelings about this hotel

flat pintinexperienced bartender
The bar service was disappointing. I ordered a pint of ale, but the bartender clearly lacked experience. The initial pour had an excessive head, and when it was corrected, the beer quickly went flat. Later, our food arrived without cutlery, and I had to retrieve it myself (a lemon wedge was also missing).

I adored the private garden. It seemed like a secret world, with lounge chairs perfectly placed along the gentle river. i savored many moments there, watching the water and feeling completely at peace. the room was beautifully decorated, with lovely details .
the street outside the hotel can get a bit busy with tourists during the day, making the private garden less quiet.
