i enjoyed the hotel location. it was in the city centre. i could easily grab food nearby. the staff was super friendly. they gave good recommendations for places to eat.
the room lacked soap. the bathroom was too small. the shower was also very small.

The staff were helpful! i particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked meal at the stuart. Lauren was very attentive. the brownie and cheesecake were also quite lovely, a real treat after a long day. the location near the city centre was convenient. It helped a lot!
i found the parking situation a bit challenging, not many spaces available on saturday, though it improved on sunday. room 130 had a narrow entrance, it made moving around with a pram difficult. the absence of air conditioning in a supposedly 4-star hotel was a letdown!

The hotel's location was fantastic. it was very close to everything i needed and just a short walk from the train station. the staff were really good. They even stored my luggage after i checked out. It was so helpful. i also enjoyed the outside area, it was a lovely bonus.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i also had a very tasty beef burger and brownie for my evening meal which seemed homemade.
the heating was not working when i arrived and it took a long time to heat up the room i also noticed that the shower pressure was quite low when using hot water that was unfortunate.

the check-in and check-out processes were really quick and simple! the room size was totally acceptable considering the price. there was ample parking available behind the building for only £5 per day, so i had no problem parking my car.
i noticed a slight issue with some road work noise.

the location is close to both the shopping centre and the train station. i was able to reach everything easily without needing transport. there is also a big tesco express right next door, meaning that anything i needed was within reach.
